First Time Home Buyers

After finding the home of your dreams you will sign a contract with one of our friendly sales managers. The sales manager will submit the contract to FDR corporate office for approval and help you with the pre-approval process for your home loan.
Make Selections
Your FDR sales manager will show you the selections available for your new home.
Watch it Grow
The construction process takes approximately six to eight months. When your home is complete, inspected and accepted by FDR Homes Quality Assurance.
Home Owners Orientation
Once your home is completed, your FDR sales and construction manager will contact you to schedule a Home Owner Orientation. The purpose of this meeting is to review your home's features and operation, your warranty coverage and the proper care and maintenance of your home.
